“My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for the outstanding service Augusta Fuel provided us in March 2011.Our misfortune began on Sunday evening, March 6, at approximately 9:30 p.m. Because of the heavy rains, our basement started to flood at a steady rate. We worked through the night and most of the following day in bailing out the basement. We had hoped that with the easement of the rain, our nightmare would be over, but by late afternoon, water continued to pour into our basement with no let up in sight. At 5:00 p.m., we phoned Augusta Fuel who promptly sent a crew to take care of our problem.

After their arrival and within an hour, it was determined that our sewer line was blocked, and the possibility existed that it had collapsed. Given that excavation to repair the broken pipe was needed, Augusta Fuel, with our approval, made the arrangements to have the work done the next day. That morning Augusta Fuel promptly sent a crew at 8:00 a.m. to begin preparing for the excavating work ahead. Augusta Fuel was also in contact with the city’s public works and a city employee was at the site.

Through this process, they were able to clear the sewer line and determined it was not collapsed but only blocked. Because of Augusta Fuel’s professional, caring, and timely service, you gave us unexpected relief and support during a difficult time.
